Sistah Paradise Great Wall of Fire Revival Crochet Revival Tent

One time, my friend Gig and I were on an afterwork art adventure at MAD | Museum of Arts and Design and we checked out the floor with the visiting artists' studios. As soon as we walked out of the elevator, we saw an older black woman crocheting amazing circles and funky hats. Bailey was friendly and talkative to us. She said she loved neon yarn but it was hard to find these days. I suggested that she go to Purl SoHo because they have awesome colors. I had no idea that this woman had designed a subway entrance at Hudson Yards.

As a huge lover of circles,, bright colors and fiber arts, I love her work. She is also an upcycler which is like a cherry on my cupcake. Its very Alyson Jon Life.
