Make It Work facilitator, Alyson, will be guest teaching embroidery during the April 1 Wellness Wednesday event at Self Help Graphics. This month, Alyson will be teaching embroidery basics for attendees to create an embroidery project. The project will focus on a memorial or portrait of someone in the life of the attendee.

Wellness Wednesday is a monthly event series at SHG. The environment is inclusive and healing. It is always free and open to everyone.
