Give new life to an old piece of clothing using basic embroidery and mending techniques. Bring one item of your clothing to the workshop. Denim (jeans and jackets), plain tees, plain camis, and jackets are perfect for this project. If you don’t have a piece of old clothing, then we will have swatches available to you.

Materials are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own garments.

There are three dates available for this free workshop in Pasadena. Side Street Projects is a non-profit organization run by artists for artists. The organization is socially engaged in the community through arts programming. Learn more about the organization here.
